本厂成立于1998年，位于深圳市龙岗南联简二村（深惠公路旁），工厂占地面积2000余平方米。
本厂专业从事布毛绒玩具的开发、设计和生产，产品包括：长毛绒、短毛绒、剪毛绒、边纶布等各种布毛绒填充玩具及机芯玩具等。经过多年的努力，工厂取得长足发展，现有技术熟练工人200余人（车缝工120余人，手工等60余人），技术管理人员20余人。工厂设工程部（板房）和生产部（车缝部，手工包装部，仓库，裁床）。工厂设备包括：电车120余台，裁床啤机2台，电剪1台，打棉机2台，充棉机2台，韩国进口龙门检针机2台以及配套玩具制作设备。工厂采用先进的生产流程管理模式，出货迅速，月生产能力达30余万件。
